Our Story
Jennifer and Jamé Bolds first met Olin and Laura Jennings while serving in a marriage and community development non-profit in the Manhattan-facing suburbs of New Jersey. During that season, Jennifer attended a training session led by The Jennings Group, a management consulting firm specializing in emotional intelligence as a practical skill set.
That encounter sparked a vision in Jennifer to integrate emotional intelligence into marriage and family practice. Around the same time, Olin shared with Jamé his dream of building a sustainable foundation to encourage and train pastors in emotional intelligence as a vital leadership skill.
From this connection, a deep friendship and mentoring relationship grew. The Jennings poured wisdom, experience, and emotional intelligence into the young Bolds, creating a bond that shaped both their lives and their leadership.
Olin Jennings’ original vision for the foundation was clear: to design leadership training programs that would equip pastors, church and non-profit leaders to vitalize their churches and organizations (Jennings, 2009). The Bolds have since expanded that vision to serve not only pastors and churches but also para-church ministries, conferences, coaching annd other platforms extending the reach and impact of this important work.
Today, Mrs. Laura Jennings continues to serve as a trusted advisor to the foundation, ensuring that the legacy of vision, wisdom, and leadership endures.

Olin (1944-2012) & Luara Jennings

The Jennings have transformed managers into leaders through emotional intelligence as a practical skill set at large and small firms for nearly 20 years. They made headlines in the STEM community by transforming technicians into leaders. Understanding how leaders are naturally hardwired is the gift that the Jennings brings to corporate America.
The Jennings Group has a global reach including both coasts of the United States and Europe. Mrs Olin Jennings has since transferred the practice to their daughter Kate Kaynak, Ph.D. who continues the leadership tradition in corporate America.
